Tryout - Fall 2026

This registration is for tryouts only. You will receive Tryout Day details upon registrations.  These tryouts are to determine what level team your athlete should be placed in. 

Mustang Tryouts at Ponderosa - August 22nd - are $20 to register online and $25 at the door.

Girls - 10am-12noon

Boys - 5th/6th: 12:30-2:30pm AND 7th/8th: 3pm-5pm

Thunderhawk Tryouts at Prairie View - August 23rd - are $10 to register online and $15 to register at the door.

Girls - 9:30am-11:30am

Boys - 12:30pm-2:30pm

Ambition Basketball - Annual 2026

Ambition Basketball

We are a local, competitive basketball program; training and preparing the young, Colorado athletes.

Prairie View High School's and Ponderosa High School's feeder programs.  If your student athlete isn't planning on enrolling to Prairie View or Ponderosa, they could still play for our teams.  We have athlete from other surrounding High Schools as well.

We have options for teams with the Ambition Thunderhawks or Ambition Mustangs.  

Registration periods are by seasons:

Nov-Feb is Winter Season

March-July is Spring/Summer Season

Sept-Oct. is Fall Season

Fees: There is a monthly fee that includes 2 practices per week, all league fees, and all tournament fees (except admission fees per tourney if they charge).  There is also a Uniform fee for any new players or players who have outgrown their uniforms. It comes with two uniforms, a home and an away, as well as a shooting shirt. During registration or on the store section you can also purchase a practice jersey.

Basketball Trainings - Annual 2026

Our goal is simple - Meet the athletes where their skills are and advance them from there.

Training locations range from feeder schools (Prairie View and Ponderosa) to local rec centers and parks (Reunion Rec, Bison Ridge, ETC.)

With over 30 combined years of experience, we have coaches available for any and all training necessary: shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, athleticism, and mechanics.

Individual Trainings are $40 per session/hour.
